Tiny Dream Homes

How is today already Thursday? I've spent too many hours (yes I said hours) working on an autumn themed post that still isn't finished, so for now I'll just pass along a couple of dreamy images from the always cool Tiny House Blog. The first colorful little home is in the village of Oia, on the island of Santorini, Greece. Wow. I mean, WOW.
I cannot remember (or perhaps never knew) the location of this lovely little red cabin, although I think it's somewhere in Scandinavia. Can you imagine living at the foot of a Glacier?
It's good to dream...

  1. I love these images!! And I've been slightly obsessed with Tiny Houses lately. Who would think that I'd dream of a sweet, tiny house? (I must be maturing? ... finally.)

  2. Santorini is one of my ultimate landing pads. Desert islands suit me so well, and that one did the trick.

...And I have a little book of Normandy farm houses that I peek through more often than not. Seems that my fantasy is a tiny house with an enormous view.

    Good share.

  7. Both homes are fab. I'd probably pick the one in Greece because it's by the sea and also the weather would be lovely.

  8. That will be Norway :-) We might not have the best or longest design tradition, but I dare say we have the best Scandinavian scenery...

  10. Santorini, sigh.... I used to work on a cruise ship, years ago, and our ship did Greek island tours. Santorini was our frequent stop. I loved it. The endless blue and white. SO magical. Oh, how I miss it!
