DIY - Paper Heart Garland

Dottie Angel - one of the cleverest crafty gals ever - has posted instructions for this lovely paper heart garland. I may have to put my newfound sewing skills to the test on something other than pillows.

    It's really cute. Maybe I'll have to do some Valentine's-themed decorating. I'm having a hard time taking down the Christmas sparkle.
