Just look at what the madness has done to this homeowner! Good to see I'm not the only one who is obsessed with Eames chairs. My own madness led me to Indiana last weekend for a big stack of shell chairs (some to keep, some to sell). When the storage building door rolled up and rays of sun washed over the mid-century pieces, I was a little overwhelmed by the Eames tables, Herman Miller, George Nelson, and Jens Risom desks and benches, and I didn't get a good close-up of the impressive stacks of shells. And now mine sit in my garage which is far too cluttered with shipping boxes, uncompleted projects, and tools to take pics. Pics to come soon my lovelies, soon...P.S. Thanks so much to my pal Beth for telling me about this sale. Beth, you rock!
P.P.S. Traditional plate wall + Eames chairs = interesting combination.

Aaah! That sale looks beyond fantastic. I want some (more) Eames chairs too...
I'll try and get you one of those posters over the weekend :-)
Marsi, I'm so glad you were able to take advantage of the sale! Looking forward to seeing pics of what you got.
oh WOW!!!! So many cool pieces all in one place!! I'm in love with the desks for sure!
Marsi seriously - as soon as that door was flung open I would of fainted dead away. That's like unearthing gold to me. I have just two shell chairs & one day hope to get a few more. Can a person ever have too many Eames chairs I ask?
You are a lucky woman dear friend. Happy, fun weekend to you. It is actually SNOWING in my backyard. I'm in shock!!
Wow, you hit a jackpot!
great weekend~
