AGREED...actually I dig the first one more. ah..i like it all. oh you might be interested..i just scored a whole collection of scientific america mags from freecycle (ever hear of it? it's awesome). The mags start from the early 60's to 80's. I got them to make some cool collages with them...perfect material...and i love looking at the old vintage ads.
I have seen these around and am drawing a blank. Hopefully someone will tell us the source. I saw some in a little shop in Sag Harbor, but cannot remember the name. I think they are great. All the best, Liz Dovecote Decor
I love the poster with the pulleys. Did quick search online and did not find exactly that, but there is a cool antique engraving of elevators at bananastrudel.etsy.com. Take a look!
